Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions
1. General Information
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Tickets are valid only for the performance, date, and time specified.
- Entry to the theatre may be refused for late arrivals, intoxicated individuals, or those not complying with the theatre’s rules and regulations.
2. Ticket Purchase and Payment
- Tickets can be purchased online, by phone, or at the theatre box office.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
- We accept payment via credit/debit card both in person and online and in cash at the Box Office.
- All prices are listed in GBP and include any applicable taxes and fees. Fees are payable for the purchase of the ticket. A booking fee of 5% is applied to every order. This amount goes towards payment processing fees, maintenance of our ticket system and marketing our events.
3. Ticket Collection and E-Tickets
- Tickets purchased online will be issued as e-tickets. These must be presented on entering our Theatres.
- Physical tickets can be collected from the box office during opening hours.
- It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check their tickets upon receipt for accuracy (performance date, time, seat number).
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the theatre.
- Refunds & exchanges may be offered at our discretion and fees may apply. Please contact the box office for more information.
- If an event is cancelled, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible and provide instructions on how to claim refunds or reschedule tickets.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduled Performances
- The theatre reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or cast without notice.
- In the event of a cancellation or rescheduled performance, ticket holders will be offered an exchange or refund.
6. Seating and Admission
- All seating is assigned based on the seat number on your ticket. Please occupy the seat allocated to you.
- Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable point in the performance, but entry is not guaranteed and may be at the discretion of the theatre staff.
- Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
7. Special Requirements and Accessibility
- Please inform the theatre of any accessibility needs at the time of booking, so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
- The theatre offers accessible seating for individuals with disabilities, subject to availability.
8. Behaviour and Theatre Etiquette
- The theatre has the right to refuse entry or eject any person whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
- Please switch off or silence mobile phones and other electronic devices during the performance.
- Photography, video recording, or live streaming of performances is strictly prohibited unless stated otherwise.
9. Liability
- The theatre is not liable for any personal injury, theft, or damage to personal belongings on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on request. By purchasing tickets, you consent to the processing of your personal data for purposes related to your booking.
11. Changes to Terms
- The theatre reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
